Unlike physical goods, digital assets cannot be physically returned once access has been unlocked.
2. Duplicate or Erroneous Transactions
If your payment was deducted more than once for the same order due to a network glitch or gateway timeout, our billing system will automatically detect the duplicate payment. In such cases:
- The excess amount will be refunded 100% to your original payment source (UPI, Bank Account, or Card).
