Welcome to BabyReels.AI. By purchasing, downloading, or accessing the AI Baby Talking Reel Bundle or any associated digital assets, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully.
1. Overview & Nature of Digital Goods
BabyReels.AI provides digital content products, primarily consisting of pre-rendered, vertical HD video reels, video editing templates, audio files, and informational guides. All deliverables are provided electronically via instant cloud access links (e.g., Google Drive). No physical shipment is involved.
2. License & Commercial Usage Rights
Upon receipt of full payment (₹197 or the designated promotional price), BabyReels.AI grants the customer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
- Publish, modify, crop, caption, and distribute the video reels across social media channels (including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp, and Pinterest).
- Monetize social media channels where these videos are posted via sponsorships, affiliate links, or platform ad revenues.
- Utilize the templates and sound effects for personal and client video production work.
Restrictions: You may NOT repackage the entire raw download link, Google Drive folder, or proprietary course files and resell them as your own stand-alone reel store without substantial modification.
3. Pricing, Payments & Taxes
Prices for the bundle are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to dynamic discounts and flash promotions. Payment is processed securely through encrypted UPI, NetBanking, Debit/Credit Cards, or third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay, Cashfree, or PhonePe). You represent that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.
4. Delivery of Digital Products
Digital products are delivered immediately upon confirmed payment on the order completion screen and via automated confirmation message to your designated Email address and WhatsApp number. In rare cases of cloud server delays, access is guaranteed within 2 hours of payment verification.
5. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Platforms
BabyReels.AI is an independent digital media creator platform. All trademarks, logos, and brand names belonging to third parties (including Meta, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, or Google) remain the property of their respective owners. Mention of these platforms does not constitute an endorsement or affiliation.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall BabyReels.AI or its directors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the digital bundle. Social media algorithmic performance, reach, and follower growth are subject to individual posting consistency and third-party platform algorithms.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
